FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Do you do the actual pet sitting or hire it out to someone else?    I do a majority of the pet sitting myself. I have an assistant that works part-time and is fully insured on my policy.
• Are you bonded and insured?    Yes! Bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
• Is a deposit required to hold my reservation?    No
• Is there a cancellation fee?    No
• How much notice do you need?    As much as possible to insure availability, however, no minimum is required.
• When is payment due?    Within one week after services are rendered.
• Can you transport my dog/cat to the vet or groomer while I'm at work?    Yes, I'll even call and make the appointment for you
• What will I need for the Meet & Greet appointment?    About 30 - 45 minutes of your time and a spare house key or access code.
• Can you keep my key indefinitely for future use?    Yes, in fact, I'll store your key in my lockbox (see photo below). This is a convenient way for me to pet sit for you on a moment's notice or just one less detail to be concerned with when planning a trip.
