• Do you do the actual pet sitting or hire it out to someone else?    I do all of the pet sitting myself, I have no employees
• Are you bonded and insured?    I am insured; bonding isn't applicable because I don't have any employees
• Is a deposit required to hold my reservation?    No
• Is there a cancellation fee?    No
• How much notice do you need?    As much as possible to insure availability, however, no minimum is required
• When is payment due?    Within one week after services are rendered
• Do you have a substitute sitter should an emergency arise?    Yes
• Can you transport my dog/cat to the vet or groomer while I'm at work?    Yes, I'll even call and make the appointment for you
• What will I need for the Meet & Greet appointment?    About 30 - 45 minutes of your time and a spare house key for me
• Can you bathe my pet prior to my return?    Yes, it's not groomer-quality, but I can certainly bathe and dry your pet
• Can you keep my key indefinitely for future use?    Yes, in fact, I'll store your key in my lockbox (see photo below). This is a convenient way for me to pet sit for you on a moment's notice or just one less detail to be concerned with when planning a trip.
